Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and unforeseen events.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship orders only within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• International destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
There are no hidden fees or handling charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time on the carrier’s website.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

• Lost or Missing Packages: Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
• Damaged Orders: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
  We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Delivery Delays: While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
